Saturday 10th May 2025
RU40 (UB40 Tribute) are returning to The Tithe Barn for the second time after a sold out event last May. RU40 play all your favourite reggae covers made famous by UB40.

A head full of Coldplay are making their debut at The Tithe Barn on the 26th July. Come and enjoy an summers evening of colour as you sing along to Coldplay's greatest hits.

Jax Hall as 'Adele' Returns after a sell out show last year. Jax does an wonderful tribute to Adele for the first half and a 70's soul party set for the second half.

Mardy Bum's the worlds No.1 Arctic Monkeys tribute band are coming to The Tithe Barn for the first time on the 22nd of November 2025. Performing all of the Arctic Monkeys classics.

After a sold out debut, Oasiz (tribute to Oasis) are returning to The Tithe Barn. Bucket hats at the ready.

SEATING
The Tithe Barn is a standing-room-only venue. We have some tall stalls at non-sold-out shows. . The seating is first-come, first-served, so if you prefer to sit down for a show, we recommend getting in the queue early. Note that seating is not guaranteed. Your ticket does allow you to go between the main pub and The Tithe Barn.
OPENING & SHOW TIMES
Opening times and show times at the venue varies depending on the day of the week and the artist playing. The times shown on our website and ticketing site are a guide and may be subject to change. In some cases a support acct may be booked in which case the main act will begin once the warm up has finished. Everyone must be inside the premises after 11pm on weekends and off premises after midnight, in some cases this may be extended to 1am.
BUY EARLY
Many of our events sell out well in advance so we do not plan on offering tickets on the door. We advise that you purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. The Tithe Barn is growing in popularity so we are often surprised at how fast the tickets sell out. The Tithe Barn accepts all major credit cards including American Express.
AGE POLICY
The majority of The Tithe Barn events are 18+, if your lucky enough to look younger then your age then we suggest you bring a valid form of identification. We only accept passports or photo driving licences as acceptable proof of age to buy alcohol. We do not accept any other form of age identification.
ONLINE TICKET SALES ONLY
Tickets are not available for sale from the main bar and pub or in person at all. However The Elm Tree bar staff are happy to offer help to show you how to buy tickets online, the pub is open 12 noon until 11pm. Wherever you see a 'book now' or 'buy now' button on our website you can click it and it will take you to a secure site (Eventbrite) which deals with our ticketing. Once you have purchased your ticket you can print it or open it on your phone at the venue on the night, along with suitable identification. When you arrive at The Tithe Barn we will match your name on the ticket to the name on our list and give you a wrist band.
DO NOT BE TEMPTED to buy or sell tickets from reseller sites like Viagogo or on social media sites like Facebook or Instagram. These re-seller sites are mostly scams and more importantly your ticket will not be valid and you will end up out of pocket and disappointed.
You cannot collect your tickets onsite, they are in your email.
ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR
The Tithe Barn prides itself on being a trouble free venue. We will not tolerate any inappropriate and un-acceptable behaviour. We strive to be a venue accessible and safe for all. We will not tolerate rudeness towards our hard working team. On the rare event that someone is escorted off the premises then a refund will not be given.
The Tithe Barn has a strict no smoking policy in compliance with UK law. There is a dedicated smoking area on site, smoking outside of this area including in doors is not permitted this includes all electronic cigarettes.
REFUND POLICY
Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
The only circumstances that tickets may be refunded is if the show is cancelled or re-scheduled.
Should a show sell out completely we may offer to help you resell if we have a waiting list running.
In the rare occasion that a show gets cancelled you will receive an email from the online sales team informing you that the gig has been cancelled and your tickets will be refunded.
If someone else bought your tickets on your behalf you will need to contact them to try to get the money returned to you.
In the event of a refund being issued, the Eventbrite fees will not be refunded.
ARRIVING & PARKING
The Tithe Barn is located in The Elm Tree Pub. The pub has a large car park so the easiest way to get here is by car or by Taxi. Anyone using the carpark does at their own risk, please do not block the back gate or private parking spaces as you may interrupt the show and will be embarrassed. Please consider our neighbours if you choose to park off premises as we are located in a residential area.

- Once purchased tickets can not be re-sold, transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned.
- No duplicate tickets will be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
- No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected for being or appearing to be, underaged, abusive, threatening, drunk or showing any other behaviour that we deem to be anti-social.
- Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- No under 18's will be allowed in the venue, if they have a ticket then a refund will not be offered.
